It’s easy to join our Early Bird program. Simply deposit $150 with the Colorado Springs Wild Bird Center and create your Early Bird account. Money in your account will be used to make your discounted Early Bird purchases.

To remain an active Early Birder, you will need to make additional deposits of just $100 when your account gets too low for additional discounted Early Bird purchases.

Though Early Bird funds may be used for seed/bird food purchases only, the discount covers our extensive selection of seed products; seed cakes and suet products; and hummingbird and oriole nectar products.

Unlike programs at other stores, our Early Birders do not have to pre-order and are not required to buy any specific seed product. You may buy any prepackaged seed/bird food product we carry.

Qualifying products purchased with Early Bird funds will be discounted 15% off the then-current regular price - no need to wait for a sale or frequent buyer bonus; and no coupon is needed. Understandably, multiple discounts are not allowed.

When seed is on sale, you may use your Early Bird funds to purchase it at the sale price rather than at the Early Bird discounted price if this results in a greater savings for you.

If you join our Early Bird program, you should keep us informed of your current mailing address at all times so we can notify you of changes in the program.

The program may change at any time upon notice. While various forms of notice may be used, notice posted in our store will constitute sufficient notice to all participants. If we are unable to reach you for 90 days following termination of the program, funds on deposit will be considered forfeited.

If the program is terminated, the balance of your account will be returned to you. Also, if you move more than 50 miles from the Colorado Springs Wild Bird Center, you can request us to close your Early Bird Account and pay the balance in your account to you.
